Friday’s “Katie’s Celebration” and “CrossFit Total” WOD

  1. Katie’s 41 so we did 41 Burpees then 5 reps (her favorite number) of Front Squats, Box Jumps, Tire Flips, Hand Stand Push Ups and 1 Lap of a Farmer Carry (her favorite movements). HaPpY bIrThDaY KATIE!

    CrossFit Total was the Sum of the Best of Each Lift
    Back Squat
    Shoulder Press
    Deadlift
