20 NOV "Linda"

Boom! Great workout Anne, Tim, Ronnie, Jason, Katie, gunner, Blair, Nick and Andrew. I saw great form and strength. Keep it up!

Bench - body weight
Power clean - 3/4 body weight
Dead Lift - 1 1/2 body weight

This afternoon Nick did a set starting at 6 down to 1. walt and Kyle did the full Linda.
