“60 X 7” WOD

Welcome Back 6AM... Year 2020 Athletes!

Warm Up with 100 Weighted Sit Ups then... 60 reps of only 7 movements: Abs/Obs, Military Press, Upright Row, Tricep Extensions, Incline Benchpress and Flat Bench.

It's a 'Mini-DON WOD' cool down! :)

Finish off with a tight handstand!
