"Linda" (aka: "3 Bars of Death"), one of CrossFit's Benchmark "Girls" workouts, was first posted on crossfit.com as the workout of the day for Saturday, July 5, 2003 (030705). It also appeared for the first time the CrossFit Games as a 2018 Regionals event.
