Friday “Bad Karma III”

    This Modified Bad Karma WOD was created to make you better!

    For Time
    50-40-30-20-10 reps of Barbell Curls
    30-30-30-30-30 reps of Weighted Sit Ups
    10-20-30-40-50 reps of Military Presses
    Alternate movements. Start with 50 reps of Barbell Curls, then move to the 10 Military Presses, then 40 Barbell Curls and 20 Presses, and so on. Sit ups are the only constant at 30 reps each!
