Friday “This or That” WODs

"This" was Hero WOD "Sean" and "That" was a 10 RFT of 5 Chin Ups, 10 Dips and 15 Weighted Sit Up w/45lbs Plate.

Our Sean and Nick executed the Hero WOD and the new guy Tyler did a modified "That" WOD.
