Wednesday Core/Midline “Triple Nickle” WOD

  1. Twelve Movements, six are Core/Midline and six are Olympic Lifts. 55 reps each for Core/Midline and 5 heavy reps each for Olys resulting in 360 reps total not to mention the Warm Up of 100 Sit Up and 100 Push Ups!
