Tuesday’s “Helen” meets “Grace” WOD

"Helen"

Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups 

THEN......

"Grace" (aka: "Amazing Grace.") is one of the original "CrossFit Girls" workouts.

  1. JOHN did “Grace” after each round of “Helen” and that totals up to 90 reps of Clean and Jerks. KaBOOM!!!! Well done brother. ��
