Warm Up
100 Sit Ups
WOD "Walt's OLY Day"
Walt demo'd each lift and then each athlete did 5 reps at low weight
Dead Lift (Drop, Ride'em, Straight Leg)
Cleans (Hang, Power, Squat)
Press (Military, Push, Jerk)
Snatch (Power, Squat)
Spent the rest of the time working on the Snatch working to catch it cleanly at the bottom
