In honor of Petty Officer 1st Class Jeff Taylor, 30, of Little Creek, VA, who was killed in Afghanistan June 2005.
"JT" was CrossFit's very first hero WOD.

Handstand Push-Ups
Ring Dips
Push-Ups
Very intense but quick WOD
Since the WOD was quick we also had time to run "Linda" for overachievers
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 RFT
Bench Press Rx Bodyweight - we used 135/65
Power Cleans Rx 3/4 Bodyweight - we used 135/115
Deadlifts Rx is 1.5 Bodyweight - we used 275/ 225/ 115
I aspire to be able to do Linda at the Rx.....
