Spade – Push Press
Heart – Front Squats
Diamond - SDHP
Club – Hang Clean
Joker – Burpees
Using normal deck of cards. Pull card and perform movement corresponding with the card. Reps = value of card. Face cards = 10 reps. Aces = 11 reps.
