WOD boards for “U-Pic Seven/7” WOD

7 Rounds of 7 Movements.

Athletes selected the number of reps (1-2-3-4-5-6-7) for each movement and repeated their selections 7 times.

Movements: Wall Climber, TGU, Floor L-Sit, OHS, Evil Wheel, L-Pull Up and Rig Windshield Wipers.
