WOD “Tabata”

4 sets, 4 min each set

20 sec work/10 sec rest, 8 times (ie set 1 is 20 sec Situps, 10 sec rest, 20 sec Push Ups, 10 sec rest, 20 Sec Sit Ups…)

 

Set 1 - Sit Ups/Push Ups

Set 2 - KB Swings/Goblet Squats

Set 3 - Left Arm Push Press/Right Arm Push Press

Set 4 - Plank/Superman

 

Cash out

Sally Up, Sally Down w/back squats (Feel the burn baby!)
