“Bear Karma” WOD

Only four movements plus a warm up and cool down.

    5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 Bear (PC, FS, PP, BS, PP)
    10-20-30-40-50 Reverse Curls
    5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 Evil Wheel


    Then, 100 Push Ups for a cool down!

  2. Bear was For Load. Five pound increase for each round of 5 sequences consisting of a Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press.
