We bid farewell to Col(sel) Blair Morris
Blair has been a regular member of group and has been an inspiration to all of us. He will be moving on to the Washington DC area where he is looking forward to running on the Potomac.
Today we celebrated his commitment to physical fitness with the WOD "Blair's Celebration". One of his favorite style WODs is "underground strength" with many different movements for total body fitness.
