Devan authored today's challenge 21-15-9 FT of Thrusters, American Kettle Bell Swings and Hand Release Push Ups.
The WOD begins with a 1 Lap Run or 200m Row before each set of 21-15-9.
Nice combination of anaerobic and aerobic work.
