7 Heavy Front Squats
7 Weighted Pull Ups
7 Heavy Bench Press
7 Heavy Dead Lift
7 Heavy Bent Over Row
7 Heavy Shoulder to Overhead
7 Weight Sit ups

Most athletes finished 4 rounds before running out of time
Weight was determined by each athlete. Goal was to pick a weight to finish 7 reps but not able to get the 8th rep.
