Warm Up
100 Push Ups (Ronnie was being nice and eased up on abs after yesterday's ab grinder)
Technique
Broke down "The Bear" into its components
1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Press, 1 Back Squat, 1 Push Press
WOD "The Bear Complex"
Do all 5 movements to complete 1 repetition of the complex.
2 sets of 5 Bears Light weight
2 Sets of 5 Bears Medium weight
2 Sets of 3 Bears Heavy weight
Incrementally increased weight for 1 Bear Complex until Max weight achieved
Remember your weight. We will do this again!
